What to Expect: Super Saturday Class

Newborn Baby Care

This ½ day workshop provides a hands-on experience for expectant parents to learn how to care for their newborn babies. Expectant parents will learn about baby safety issues, parenting styles, and special needs of newborns.

Tobacco Cessation

Just the Facts Five-Week Tobacco Cessation Series

Just the Facts is all about taking it one step at a time. This FREE five-week series prepares you to quit tobacco by teaching you about issues such as nicotine addiction and weight control, coping with urges, developing a support system and learning relaxation techniques. This series also focuses on forming new skills and habits to help you stay tobacco-free. Useful handouts for your continued success are provided at each session. Sessions meet for 1 hour, once a week for five consecutive weeks.

Attend a FREE five week series or Seminar nearest you. RSVP for classes by calling 714-999-3991. A FREE one-month supply of nicotine patches will be provided to eligible participants who complete all 5 behavior modification classes. Participants must be 18 years or older. Available whle supplies last.
